Help

Eight answers before you ask.

For members and organizers. Inside the app there is a second help page with the theme picker.

How do I sign in?

Go to the sign in page and use the email and password you set when you accepted your invitation. If you have forgotten the password, the Forgot password link on that page sends a reset email to the address on your account. Accounts are created only through an invitation, so if you have never received one, ask the organizer of your community for a link. There is no public sign up.

I have an invite link. What happens when I open it?

The link opens a page that shows the community name and asks for an email, a password, and the name you want to be known by inside that community. Names are unique per community, so if yours is taken you will be asked for another. Once you submit, your membership is created and you land on Home. A link can carry a use count and an expiry, so if it says it has expired, ask the organizer for a fresh one.

What is on the Home page?

A cover photograph your organizer chose, a welcome by your first name, and one line of what happened in the last day. Under it, the feed: posts from members with photos, comments and hearts, newest first, with pinned posts at the top. On the right, the community guidelines, the list of rooms, and a button that introduces you to a member you have not met. Organizers see a short setup checklist under the cover until the community is fully set up.

How do I message someone directly?

Open Messages in the top bar and pick a person, or press Message on anyone's card in Members. Pick several people to start a group conversation. Messages arrive the moment they are saved because every open conversation holds one live connection. Direct and group messages are visible only to the people in them, enforced at the database, and that includes organizers.

How do I join a private room or a workshop?

Private rooms and workshop groups are invite only. An organizer adds you, and the room appears in your Rooms list automatically. Public rooms are open to every member and are listed on Home. Every room has a Library beside the conversation where any member can add a note, a video link from YouTube or Vimeo, or upload a document, so nothing important scrolls away.

Does my theme change what other people see?

No. There are ten themes, and the one you pick is stored on your own device under Help and themes inside the app. Your community looks how you like it, and every other member's looks how they like it. The organizer's accent color and cover photograph are the only visual choices that apply to everyone, and both are set in the Branding studio.

What can organizers see and do?

Organizers manage rooms, workshop groups, courses, events, the business directory review queue, invitations, guidelines, branding, and the paid membership plan. They can pin or remove a post, and record a strike against a member. They cannot read direct or group messages they are not part of. Owners additionally see billing. Insights, the organizer view, shows how many members were active in the last thirty days and a table of posts, comments, hearts, and messages.

How do I leave, or delete my account?

Ask the organizer of your community to remove your membership, which takes your posts and profile out of that community's pages. Because every community is its own database, leaving one has no effect on any other. For a full account deletion write to the organizer, who can raise it with us; we remove the authentication record and any storage under your user id.
